The newsletter informs about our offers in regular intervals. Regarding the use of your personal data to receive our newsletter, you will be asked to provide your consent as follows: “I have read the privacy policy and, in particular, I agree that the data processing is done with a service provider in the United States.”.

To receive our newsletter you need a valid e-mail address. We will check the e-mail address you entered to verify that you are the owner of the specified e-mail address or that the owner has authorized to receive the newsletter. For this purpose, we use the so called “Double-Opt-In” procedure, in which we log the order of the newsletter, the dispatch of a confirmation email and the receipt of the requested response.

By registering for our newsletter, we will save your e-mail address, your IP address and the date and time of your registration. This serves in the event that a third party abuses your e-mail address and subscribes to our newsletter without your knowledge as a protection on our part.

The data will be used exclusively for dispatching our newsletter. A comparison of the data collected with data, which may be collected by other components of our site, also does not take place.

The use of the shipping service provider Mailchimp, the implementation of the statistical surveys and analyzes as well as the recording of the registration process, are based on our legitimate interests in accordance with. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our interest lies in the application of a user-friendly and secure newsletter system, which serves both our business interests and the expectations of our users.

We use the MailChimp component to send our newsletters. MailChimp is a service of The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means Street, Suite 404, Atlanta, GA 30318, USA.

Your data saved during newsletter registration (e-mail address, possibly name, IP address, date and time of your registration) will be transferred to a server of The Rocket Science Group in the USA and stored there in compliance with the “EU-US Privacy Shield”.

Newsletter tracking

Our newsletters contain so-called “web bugs”, which allow us to detect if and when an email was opened and which links in the email the personalized recipient followed.

We store these data so that we can align our newsletters to the wishes and interests of our subscribers. Accordingly, the data thus collected are used to send personalized newsletters to the respective recipient.

We ask you for your consent in this regard as follows: “I agree that my data and my usage behavior will be stored electronically by the newsletter tracking in order to send me an individualized newsletter. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. YouTube

Our site uses YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, for the inclusion of video, represented by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Usually, when you visit an embedded video page, your IP address will be sent to YouTube and cookies will be installed on your machine. However, we have incorporated our YouTube videos into the enhanced privacy mode (in which case, YouTube still contacts the Google DoubleClick service, but Google’s privacy policy does not evaluate personal information). As a result, YouTube does not store any information about the visitors unless they watch the video. If you click on the video, your IP address will be sent to YouTube and YouTube will know that you have watched the video. If you are logged in to YouTube, this information will also be associated with your user account (you can prevent this by logging out of YouTube before calling the video).

We have no knowledge or influence about any collection and use of your data by YouTube. For more information, see the YouTube privacy policy at www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. In addition, we refer you to the general handling and deactivation of cookies on our general presentation in this privacy policy.

Your new visit will then be subject to the new privacy statement. When provider makes material changes to this privacy policy, a pop-up notice will appear for two weeks following the effective date of the change informing viewers that the policy has been materially updated.
